17 weeks in utero, Cayden was diagnosed with left-side congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH). He was born 5 weeks before his due date, on may 11th, 2020 to Chiara and Cris in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Cayden fought very hard while in the NICU. He struggled with his feedings, respiratory status, and pulmonary hypertension - all results of his CDH diagnosis.

Cayden gave such a strong fight, but ultimately it was too much. Chiara & Chris showered their little boy with so much love during his life, and their hope is to bring more awareness to CDH in memory of baby Cayden. Proceeds will go to Cayden’s family.
